Execution page: Collapse view checkbox is set incorrectly

- Server OS: Mac OS X 10.7.3
- Install type: any
Issue:
When viewing an execution page, in "Annotated" mode, The "Collapse" checkbox is unchecked, but the view is collapsed. You have to check it, and then uncheck it, to change the collapse state to non Collapsed.
(For Rundeck GUI issues, please include the following:)
- Client OS: Mac OS X 10.7.3
- Client web browser: Chrome 19
Reproduce:
View Job Execution page in Annotated mode.
Expected: Collapse checkbox represents collapsed state of output
content
Actual: Collapse checkbox is unchecked, but output content is
collapsed.
