add faq/documentation about mysql autoreconnect flag

Issue:
Mysql backend can cause an error if the autoreconnect flag is not used in the datasource configuration. https://groups.google.com/d/msg/rundeck-discuss/R-2tHGXQzk0/MmCmKCq...
The documentation and/or default config file should highlight this option.
