default ssh key for projects doesn't match rpm install's rundeck user ssh key

#517

rpm install creates 'rundeck' user and generates a ~/.ssh/rundeck.id_rsa key for the user

default projects in rundeck point to ~/.ssh/id_rsa

the rpm or default key location should change to match

I say we change the RPM to generate id_rsa, it's in /home/rundeck so people know what it's for.

Alternately, we could generate it in /etc/rundeck.

See also #287 Force the home directory to be /home/rundeck (or perhaps /var/lib/rundeck/), #377 RPM/deb should Configure OpenSSH to use rundeck.id_rsa (could fix those at the same time as this one)
