windows build issue: conflicting commons-collections jars

windows build produces war with two commons-collections jars (3.1 and 3.2.1), and 3.1 throws exceptions where 3.2.1 does not, causing application to fail.
fix: exclude or remove commons-collections-3.1 dependency

I was unable to find and override the the 3.1 dependency. I was able to modify the BuildConfig to delete the 3.1 jar prior to building the War file.
