request mysql connector jar update

As per a recent writeup, which references integrating the mysql connector for rundeck connectivity to the mysql database (as opposed to the file based grailsdb), the mysql-connector-java-5.1.17-bin.jar packaged in the java connector zip:

is required.

Currently, the following mysql connector is packaged:

mysql-connector-java-5.0.6-bin.jar

which will lead to an error similar to:

Cannot create JDBC driver of class 'org.hsqldb.jdbcDriver' for connect URL 'jdbc:mysql://centos-56-64-vm8.local:3306/rundeckdb'
