Project node executor setup

Provides an interface to configure how a project should default
node execution.
Currently, this is implicit and based on convention:
Interface should part of the project setup page (see #394) and provide an interface to pick a plugin (eg, script-plugin, ssh-plugin).
Plugin settings might include:
- identity of originating user (eg ssh.keypath)
- user on remote host (eg ssh.user)
- timeout (eg ssh.timeout)
