History section doesn't always update after running a job

If you run a job from the Jobs page, but it completes before it appears in the Now Running section, the History section doesn't update to show the completed job.
fix: update the Now Running ajax data to include info on the most recent completed job even if none are currently running, and use that to trigger a refresh of the History section.
