Frontend/JS curSEID is undefined, IE8.

May be part of a bigger IE8 issue, but workflow steps in add job are broken (see screenshot). IE8 complains of:
curSEID is undefined, jobedit.js, line 216
This prevents you from being able to use this section of the form.
