$RDECK_BASE/etc/profile sets PATH incorrectly

The following line exists in $RDECK_BASE/etc/profile:

PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$RDECK_HOME/bin:$PATH

It should read:

PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$RDECK_HOME/tools/bin:$PATH
