Option values refresh should not require a whole page refresh

Provide a method to refresh the options value choices either built in to menu selection or as a separate link.

This UI is confusing. It's not immediately clear what it's reloading. Also, the link clutters up the options space. Maybe put the button next to the field name instead, and make it a refresh icon (like in a browser)... or put it on the top right hand corner of the job execution window and use a longer label like "Reload option data". Perhaps we only need one link to refresh all, and not individual links?

Is this more around the navigation of the jobs and the subsequent run job page?

+1 on having an options refresh button. It might be nice to have it poll in the background and let you know when the options are out of date, but that's total pie in the ski...nice to have.

I think it should be next to the field. A refresh button on the top of the page or far from the drop down element would be confusing as to what context is being refreshed.

moved status icon to the label name, and made the label name the refresh button.
