allow sudo auth configuration at project/framework level

#552
  • Issue Type: Improvement
  • Rundeck version: 1.4.2

Issue:

Some sudo auth config settings can bet set a project/framework level, but not all.

these can only be set at the node attribute level:

  • sudo-command-enabled
  • sudo-password-option

They should be made configurable at project and framework level.
