quell warning from JAAS

every login warns with: "2010-11-24 11:41:05.695::WARN: No CallbackHandler configured: using DefaultCallbackHandler"
RunServer class needs to set callbackHandlerClass property on JAASUserRealm to quell it.
can set to the default class:
org/mortbay/jetty/plus/jaas/callback/DefaultCallbackHandler.html
