Correct environment variable name prefixes to use "RD_"

There are some incorrectly named environment variable prefixes
that use "CT" rather than "RD":
- CT_JOB*, CT_NODE, CT_OPTION_
These should be:
- RD_JOB*, RD_NODE, RD_OPTION_
