Job output truncated on 2nd node

- Rundeck version: 1.4.2.1
- JDK Version: 1.6.0_21
- Server OS: Win7 x64
- Install type: Jar
Issue:
1) Default installation under windows.
2) Added several nodes to the list using ssh password for all.
2) Created a simple job in the web gui: whoami ; ls -l
3) Run the job on 2 or more nodes
The job gives no errors, but the output always stops halfway
through the 2nd node regardless of the order of the nodes. When
downloading the job output, the content is also truncated.

- Client OS: Win7 x64
- Client web browser: Firefox 11.0
