script-exec plugin blank directory config causes error

if modifying script-exec config via GUI, setting directory to blank produces error on execute:

com.dtolabs.rundeck.core.execution.ExecutionException: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "/bin/bash" (in directory ""): error=2, No such file or directory
