Node provider plugin

Define a generic interface representing a node resource model provider. The plugin is responsible for returning node data in a format Rundeck understands (eg yaml, xml).
Examples plugins should include:
- AWS EC2 plugin: Based roughly on https://github.com/dtolabs/java-ec2-nodes
- Script plugin: Allow execution of a shell script to return node data
- URL plugin: HTTP/GET data from specified URL (backwards compatibility here)
