Add production setup to documentation

Update user docs to show how to make it suitable for production operation.
Include information about:

  • Alerts,
  • Collecting metrics (cpu, uptime, memory)
  • Logged error messages and what to filter
  • Capacity and availability considerations

Could later be accompanied by a package of collectd scripts, nagios hooks etc.
