Allow URL values for scriptfiles

The the text value of scriptfiles tag currently only supports file paths. It should also support URL values. Eg
<scriptfiles>http://myhost/myscript.sh</scriptfiles>
It should also be possible to reference Job properties in the URLs. Eg
http://myhost/${job.project}/myscript.sh
Finally, there should be consideration about logging the content of the scriptfile as part of the execution history. This is mostly for auditing purposes.
