JettyCachingLdapLoginModule does not support ldaps (ldap over ssl)

The env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "ldap://" + _hostname +
":" + _port + "/"); doesn't provide a way to specify ldaps
in JettyCachingLdapLoginModule
