Add a button to view all nodes in nodes filter view

Issue:
The default node filter only includes the Rundeck server. it is not obvious how to see all of the nodes. There should be a simple button to set the filter to view all nodes.
The current method is to open the node filter section, press "Clear" and then submit the filter.
