aclpolicy problem

i have declared a .aclpolicy file.
for the first time i login with that user the permissions works just fine and rundeck.audit.log is working and checking the permissions.
when i logout and login back i get admin permissions and rundeck.audit.log is not logging anymore
i have attached an image shows that behavior
Version:1.4.0-rc

    i think an issue like this was fixed in recent releases...if you can reproduce, please open this ticket again, thanks.
