Provide source tarball link to download page

We should provide a link to a source tarball of a release, for people who don't have git.

Github provides zip download of particular tags and we tag each branch at release. We can link to that

it needs to be added to the download page if we want it

Would it be a problem to provide a tarball as well as a zipball? Zip is not installed by default on freebsd systems however tar is.

it seems that https://github.com/dtolabs/rundeck/tarball/v1.2.1 works...
so tarball link should be easy -
