update general documentation

Some general documentation items that need to be updated for 1.3:

chap 1. features: add: pluggable dispatch mechanism, API architecture: ssh by default

chap 2. dispatching, include API
network access
- remove log4j
- TCP port 22 ssh - mention default
installing from source: fix build command (make)

chap 3. rundeck interfaces: include API
resources model: update -v output list (remove attributes)
dispatcher options: change "keywords" to "filters"

chap 4. jobs: import/export job definitions doesn't mention yaml

chap 5. workflow definition: mention yaml format

chap 6. options editor, mention jobs yaml
-
chap 7. by example. update "run" to include -p
need to mention execution/copy plugins for node definitions
need to update references to rd-jobs list/run/rd-queue to include -p option
