I've confirmed that the 0 timeout value allows long running jobs to run until completion (>2 minutes anyway)

If you run a job from the Jobs page, but it completes before it appears in the Now Running section, the History section doesn't update to show the completed job...

run tool requires -p option when -j is used, but if only one project exists, it should use it by default.
