some session information is lost when timed out

During an edit job session, if the user times out, and has to re-login to rundeck: some information is lost to the edit session - most notably the project id. The edit can not be saved because the project information is lost, and the drop-down with project names is empty.

project dropdown is generated from list of projects stored in the session...
the projects shouldn't be stored in session, it should just load them in the edit/create action and pass into the view
