Better error message when missing private keyfile

Running RunDeck without a private keyfile (due to mis-configuration) results in Execution Failed on all nodes, with no indication as to why it failed. It happens very quickly so it seems that some logic is checking for the file before it tries a connection to the host.
An error along the lines of missing keyfile would be helpful in understand why the dispatch failed.
