update rundeck page URLs to include project context

Update all urls to Rundeck UI pages to reflect the project context in the URL, and remove the use of session-stored project context
e.g. instead of /run, it would become
/projects/name/run. /job/show/xyz would
become /projects/name/job/xyz and
/job/edit/xyz would become
/projects/name/job/xyz/edit

This change might be too extensive to include in 1.4.3, so I might vote for holding off until 1.5.
