Document recovery process

Section 8.4 covers backup, but not recovery. I believe it's trivial to do the recovery, but it should be explicitly stated to avoid confusion.

The recovery process…the documentation only discusses what to backup. Not how to restore it. Do I copy over the existing files in data directory? Do I need to shutdown rundeck to do it? What about the logs directory?
