Editing a node filter and pressing enter should click "Filter" not "Save Filter"

- Go to the run tab
- Edit the filter (change the name field to something else, like
othernode)
- Press enter
Expected: "Filter" is clicked and the filter is updated
Actual: "Save Filter" is clicked and user gets an error message about how no name was specified for it to be saved as.
