dispatch tool prints wrong URL

when you dispatch a command, the URL printed to follow the execution is wrong:
$ tools/bin/dispatch -- whoami
Succeeded queueing adhoc
Queued job ID: 1 <http://Venkman.local:4440/job/show/1>
The URL should specify Execution Id, and link to
/execution/show/1
