Update documentation for configuring email notification content.

After some help from #rundeck setting the URL and From: address used in email notifications it appears that the settings are located in the rundeck-config.properties file.
grails.serverURL=https://node.fully.qualified.domain.name:4443
grails.mail.default.from=deployer@domain.com
This is unclear in the documentation and may be useful to include.
