Add production setup to documentation

Update user docs to show how to make it suitable for production
operation.
Include information about:
- Alerts,
- Collecting metrics (cpu, uptime, memory)
- Logged error messages and what to filter
- Capacity and availability considerations
Could later be accompanied by a package of collectd scripts, nagios hooks etc.
