Encoding issue

Issue:
Hello !
The issue appear when I run a job on a remote node. This node is
a Zimbra Server.
When my scripts are running on this node, every special characters
appear like a little square.
So some instructions with strings arguments doesnt work !
Sorry for my poor & bad english (I'm a french student)
