Not working while executing adhoc command with & character.

- Rundeck version: 1.4.4
- JDK Version: jdk1.6.0_27
- Server OS: (your OS name, version here)
* Install type: Jar (rundeck-launcher-1.4.4.jar)
Issue:
While runnung adhoc command from rundeck gui with & character then we are not able to run shell command although all shell command are running fine from rundeck gui.
(For Rundeck GUI issues, please include the following:)
- Client OS: (Linux, 2.6.18-238.el5xen)
* Client web browser: Firefox-12.0
Reproduce:
1: Issuing command from rundeck gui
--> cvs -Q -z3 -d
:ext:strecdvvsc1.va.neustar.com:/opt/registry_cvsroot/ co -r
'C&C_Sprint26' DNSPollerMultiTLD/lib/rtecc-agents.jar 2:
Commnad not exceuted with with & character with message
--> "/bin/sh: C_Sprint26: command not found cvs [checkout
aborted]: must specify at least one module or directory Result:
