Job names don't change in other jobs workflows when you change the job's name

Issue:

When I add "somejob" to "anotherjob"'s workflow, if I change "somejob"'s name, the name doesn't change in "anotherjob"'s workflow.

Guessing if job references were stored as UUIDs rather than text,

Reproduce:

1) Create a new saved job named "somejob" with some simple workflow (maybe, "echo hello world")
2) Create another saved job named "anotherjob", with a a job reference to "somejob"
3) Edit "somejob" and rename it to "renamedjob"
4) Go back to view "antoherjob" and see the workflow still references "somejob", not "renamedjob"
