server to output correlation gets lost
Reported by Deleted User | October 20th, 2010 @ 04:34 PM | in Rundeck 1.0
It appears that node output is not correlated to a node in a job after running rundeck for a while.
The work around is to restart the service, but that only fixes newly started jobs. Old jobs still remain "corrupted"

can you explain the nature of the jobs, how the output appears and is expected to appear, and any conditions that seem to cause the change?

The job runs a yum install package command across 5 nodes. The output appears to be originating from job center node. I expect the output form the yum command to be bucketed into each node.
The service has been running for a while, that's the only thing I can think is different. Restarting the service makes the problem go away.

note; this can appear to be a bug if the configuration is incorrect in framework.properties, see http://irclog.rundeck.org/rundeck/2010-11-02#i_2360469
