Run scripts on local node using project/tagged hosts as params

Would be cool to be able to run jobs on local nodes using the resources of the project, filtered with tags etc.

So I may want to run a ping job from the localnode against each resource. This could be a list of steps for each node, or the option to pass all hosts as params to a script.
