EC2 nodes provider doesn't support endpoint

I create some instances in AWS in the Europe region. However, when running the rundeck node generator, my list is empty.
After looking the code, I notice there is no way to specify the region (aka endpoint). Here a small patch to enhance the node generator by waiting the endpoint as second mandatory argument. Note the patch need some review on the arguments handling.
