Running rundeck on SUSE

Here's an init script for the SUSE distribution that could be included in the source code :

Using this script to start rundeck (rpm version) on SUSE generates the following error :
log4j:ERROR setFile(null,true) call failed.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: stacktrace.log (Permission denied)
