LDAP: doesn't query LDAP for first and last name or email address

As the title says ... the LDAP code isn't querying LDAP for first and last names or email address.

FYI: Currently, the values for first,last,email is maintained in the RDB, keyed by the login.

first, last, email fields in the rdb are also not currently used for anything. unless or until rundeck allows internal RDB based authentication, perhaps they should just be hidden from the GUI...
the User domain class is used only for holding node filters, and API tokens right now.
