Run page should defer Node listing and summarize instead

The Run page lists all nodes matching the current filter, line by line. This can be very slow for large projects and often the listing is not useful to the users. Instead, summarize the filter results (ie, NodeSet) and present a button a user can press if they want to see a full listing.
Summary information should include
- filter criteria
-
matched-nodes / #total-nodes
- Nice-to-have: "demographics" counts like tags (eg simpleapp=10, web=3, memcache=5)
