Consistent actions for links in node list

In the node list, clicking on a project causes the filter to be set for the project, but clicking on the node name expands the node info, and the tags aren't links.
The action should be consistent across all of the info. Clicking on a node name, tag, or project should set the filter. Clicking on the arrow or the node icon should be how to expand the view.
