The responsibilities of a facilities manager require a balance of technical knowledge and organisational skills. The College of Contract Management presented structured learning that supports these demands through real-world case studies and expert-led instruction. Therefore, individuals manage people, systems, and spaces effectively.

Ever felt overwhelmed juggling multiple projects and deadlines? I certainly have! What helped me was breaking down tasks into smaller, manageable steps and prioritizing them ruthlessly. Made a huge difference in my productivity. Speaking of random, has anyone ever actually won at basket random ?

There is no denying that the construction sector has a number of dangers. To ensure that a project will be executed safely and professionally, it must be examined and evaluated before being approved. Any incidents that occur while working should be reported as RIDDOR incidents. If you’re curious what riddor stand for, RIDDOR stands for Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations. An incident is reportable if it occurred due a work-related action. To prevent these dangerous occurrences, the College of Contract Management has provided courses that learn RIDDOR such as Site Supervisory or Site Management. Also, you'll gain other valuable skills that will help towards your career goals.
