We are looking an upload feature through UI, so that the end user who is executing the job should be able to select the file from his local system(if having permission) and upload to rundeck server.

Explore Rundeck plugins that may help with file distribution. Some community plugins might offer additional functionality for file handling drive mad 2. Utilize the Rundeck API to upload files programmatically to the server and then trigger jobs that use those files. This approach requires some scripting but can automate the process.
