Issue:

The timestamp shown in the Job output and logged in the Job output file is in format SimpleDateFormat("hh:mm:ss"). Without an am/pm marker, this is ambiguous. I suggest the format get changed to HH:mm:ss at the very least. Ideally, we would be able to set the format in the Framework/Project/Job properties.
