CGI script that obtains node data from EC2

Create a script that can run from CGI that given required EC2 parameters can generate resources.xml data.
Sensitive account info can be specified by an internal resource/config file.

Validate resource data by configuring a rundeck project configured to invoke the CGI script (eg, configure project.resources.url)
