Run access permission inconsistency

Rundeck 1.3.0-2
A 'user' has run permission on a given job. From the /jobs page he can click the 'Run Job ...' (/job/execute/77aa7...) arrow and it works as expected.
However if he clicks on the job itself (/job/show/77aa7...) and then clicks on the 'Run Job ...' arrow from there he is redirected to /user/denied. The link appears to go to the same URL (/job/execute/77aa7...) - so I'm not sure where the error occurs.

release 1.3.1 included a slew of authorization enhancements, this may have been fixed
