build and test release candidate version
update RELEASE.md file with 1.2 milestone closed issues
merge to master
tag release v1.2
build from master and release 1.2
copy generated docs to docs/1.2 on rundeck.org site
copy distribution files to github downloads
push rundeck packages to repo.rundeck.org, once they're ready
