Fix bug when path to install is provided on the command
line.
It is written the code that the first argument provided can be the
directory to install the code. What was observed is that the first
argument was duplicated when sent to the RunServer class. This
duplication caused an exception to be thrown because the code
expected an integer if there was more than one argument.
