Rundeck home screen is slow

Rundeck's homescreen is slow for admin users that can see very single job.

One area to improve is the evaluation through ACLPolicy. The aclpolicy code will evaluate in batch mode. This should help improve the loading time.

found that usage of the
<additional>section and Markdown processing causes quite a lot of slowdown.w/ 100.jobs file loaded:
with markdown processing: total: 36719ms, without markdown processing: total: 7314ms
- one workaround: remove the
<additional>section content for job definitions that don't need it
so it seems that at least in the jobs listing the
additionalcontent should not be shown or should not be processed with markdown? -

disabled Markdown processing from "additional" text section which adds some improvement
